NGCR readers, designed for use in challenging environments, combine an elegant metal finish with IK09 impact resistance and an IP65 protection rating, making them ideal for compliance-oriented and outdoor installations.

Multi-tech readers
Harmonizing traditional identification methods with modern mobile access solutions
Multi-Tech readers support the full spectrum of identification technologies, ranging from the earliest contactless cards to today’s mobile devices and digital wallets, while providing communication via the OSDP or Wiegand protocol. The OSDP auto-detection feature allows Wiegand systems to transition to OSDP using the existing wiring.

ACT365 is a scalable cloud-based solution designed to enable remote management of one or more locations through an easy-to-use interface. Each access control unit (ACU) is a single-door IP controller and is connected to web-based software hosted on Microsoft Azure. Additional support for Schlage® ENGAGE™ series locks via an IP gateway provides even greater flexibility within the ACT365 system, delivering a cost-effective access control solution that is easy to install and use.
ACT365 single-door controller
ACU Each access control unit (ACU) is a single-door IP controller (In/Out) and is connected to web-based software hosted on Microsoft Azure. The system is scalable and supports an unlimited number of controllers and card readers. It supports 4 inputs/2 outputs, 32 MB of RAM, and a 10/100 Base-T two-port Ethernet switch. The kit includes a housing with an LED power indicator, a lock, a tamper switch, and a backup battery. Requires a 12 V DC power supply (sold separately).
Schlage ENGAGE NDE/B and LE/B locks
Schlage® NDE/B and LE/B wireless locks with ENGAGE™ technology are designed to be easy to install, connect, manage, and use. Using real-time network communication with the ENGAGE IP gateway, this solution provides a wireless connection and eliminates the need to run wires to interior doors, concrete openings, and remote locations.
3-amp power supply
This 3-amp dual-voltage power supply includes a battery charger and power monitoring. Built-in visual indicators provide immediate feedback to the installer. Independent C-shaped relay contacts are designed to signal AC and system fault conditions to a remote or auxiliary device. The power supplies include two (2) 12 V DC 7 AH backup batteries. 3 amps at 24 V DC or 6 amps at 12 V DC, depending on the output selected. Recommended for use with ACT365 controllers.
6 Amp power supply
6-amp dual-voltage power supply provides flexibility in powering reader and lock hardware devices. Vanderbilt power supplies are designed to ensure outstanding reader performance; they are efficient, high-performance switching power supplies with battery chargers and power monitoring. 6 amps at 24 V DC or 12 amps at 12 V DC, depending on the output selected. Recommended for use with ACT365 controllers.
10 Amp power supply
This dual-voltage adjustable power supply provides maximum flexibility in system configuration. This power supply delivers 10 amps at 24 V DC or 20 amps at 12 V DC. All ACRE power supplies are efficient, high-performance switching power supplies with battery chargers and power monitoring. Recommended for use with ACT365 controllers.

The Enterprise system also allows organisations to manage device administration from any location and provides real-time monitoring and audit trails. ACRE complementary SMS web application provides administrators with convenient remote access to key system functions, such as granting or revoking access for cardholders, locking a facility, and more.
SMS VI Connect
ACRE VI Connect is a customizable, configurable data management system that integrates SMS with various third-party databases, ensuring automated business workflows between systems. VI Connect is a popular solution among higher education and corporate organisations that process and manipulate data based on customised requirements and route it to the relevant third-party systems in the formats they require. This eliminates the need for manual updates and cumbersome import/export processes typically required when managing multiple systems. Using VI Connect reduces the workload on system administrators and prevents costly data entry errors. Furthermore, VI Connect allows the agency to make better use of investments made in third-party systems.
VSRC-A Dual Reader controler
A network-connected control board that combines the functions of a system controller and two reader interfaces into a single device. It processes data from card readers to control doors and report their status.
It supports four (4) contact inputs and two (2) Form-C relay outputs. The VSRC-A communicates with the SMS software via the TCP/IP protocol and can be connected to various reader technologies and electronic locking devices.
VRCNX-A readout controller with a rear plate
The VRCNX-A reader controller integrates the controller and additional input/output connections onto a single base board, simplifying installation. It supports up to 16 reader interfaces or third-party devices.
VRINX user interface
The Acre VRINX is a modular reader interface board designed to expand access control systems. It provides a specialized, cost-effective connection for a single identification reader (including Wiegand, smart cards, and biometric devices) and is equipped with two Form C relays for door locks and four unsupervised contact inputs.
VIONX-8 Input/Output Panel
The VIONX-8 provides 8-contact inputs and 8 single-pole/double-pole relay outputs and communicates directly with ACRE readout controllers. It supports universal starters and alarm signal control. The VIONX-8 can use one or more VIONX-8 boards to provide individual elevator floor control, and each board can support up to 8 floors (1 contact per floor).
VURI Universal Reader Interface
The ACRE universal reader interface is designed to allow a single reader to be used with up to three different access control systems. VURI supports multiple reader technologies and is ideally suited, for example, for apartment buildings with multiple access control systems that use turnstiles and elevators.
VRI-1S3 Single-Reader Interface
The VRI-1S3 single-reader interface offers a cost-effective, modular approach to designing access control systems in any environment. ACRE reader interfaces communicate directly with the reader controller and are capable of operating in reduced mode, allowing for local decision-making when necessary. The VRI-1S3 connects a single reader head to an ACRE VRCNX-A or VSRC-A reader controller.
VRI-2S3 Dual Reader Interface
The VRI-2S3 Dual Reader Interface offers a cost-effective, modular approach to designing access control systems in all environments. The Vanderbilt Industries Dual Reader Interface communicates directly with Vanderbilt VRCNX-A and VSRC-A reader controllers. Vanderbilt reader interfaces can operate in fallback mode, which allows for local decision-making if communication between the reader interface and the reader controller is interrupted.
VI-16INS3 Input Monitor Module
The VI-16INS3 is a 16-zone input monitoring module manufactured by Acre Security (formerly Vanderbilt / Mercury Security). It supports 16 universal input channels designed for corporate access control and security systems, and is often used in conjunction with enclosures or connected directly to slave controllers, such as the VRCNX-A.
VI-16OS3 Relay Output Module
VI-16OS3 16-Relay Output Module The VI-16OS3 supports 16 general-purpose outputs as C-form relay contacts, which can be individually configured for timing and normally open or normally closed modes. Relay operation can be triggered by direct operator commands, time schedules, or event-based procedures. The VI-16OS3 communicates directly with the VRCNX-A reader controller board.
