Synergis™ adminitrator certification training
This course provides training on all the essential steps for setting up a fully functional, unified server system for access control. It covers not only doors and access rules, but also card holders, identification data, schedules, alarms, and basic automation.

Registration for GENETEC online training takes place at https://www.genetec.com/support/training/course-list/, except in cases where ALTAS IT organizes in-person training in collaboration with the manufacturer. For more information about this option, please send an email to akademija@altas.lv.
Certification
At the end of the course, an online test is administered to obtain technical certification, and participants are given 90 minutes to complete the exam. Two attempts are allowed, with a mandatory 24-hour break between them.
Prerequisites
It is recommended to complete the CompTIA Network+ training (or equivalent). An online IT skills test is available to ensure that basic IT skills have been mastered.
